Giang Dien waterfall in Dong Nai province

Location: Giang Dien waterfall ecological tourist park is located in Hoa Binh Hamlet, Giang Dien Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai province about 22 kilometers far from Bien Hoa city, 48 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City.

Characteristic: Giang Dien Waterfall has become an ideal destination for young people and families who like to discover the beauty of nature. The area consists of a valley, hills, forests, waterfalls and varieties of beautiful flowers blossoming all the year round.

Giang Dien waterfall originated from an interesting legend. Village patriarchs told that Ma ethnic minority people lived in this place many years ago. At that time, there was a couple who loved each other very much but they could not get married so they decided to commit suicide near Giang Dien waterfall, thereby creating two waterfalls named Chang (Boy) and Nang ( Girl). The waterfalls start from the Buong River, pour into the deep valley and run across a field of granite. Rough stones are located among white water foams, creating a wonderful beauty spot.

Tourists will pass over the Mimosa Suspension Bridge from the main waterfall and then proceed along a path running through the foxtail meadow to the twin waterfalls (Doi waterfall). The path that looks like a stream of pink silk winding around the spring will lead tourists to Ky Cuc Farm, in which small gardens are designed with trees, lakes and beautiful flowers that create a romantic landscape. Inside is the world of creatures such as salamander, toads, lizards and snakes. The most impressive thing is the cape of mountainous scorpions which inky black and seems to threaten visitors. The resort has also a 2ha lake containing different kinds of fish.

In addition to Ky Cuc Farm and orchid garden, tourists are attracted by an architectural style which has ancient features of Rome and the local ethnic people, including roads paved or covered with rocks, houses built with the architecture of different ethnic people, flower trellises, the Hoa Su, Phuong Son and Hoang Yen restaurants, a coffee bar facing the waterfalls, a skating-rink, 12 huts for tourists to rest and an entertainment area for children. Tourists can take trams to visit the fishing and camping areas, flower gardens, etc. Many brides and grooms love to take photos at Giang Dien due to its natural beauty and romantic view.
