Located on the edge of Hà Nội’s historic Old Quarter, this two-storey house functioned as the headquarters of the Indochinese Communist Party (Đông Dương Cộng sản Đảng) and the office of its propaganda and campaign newspaper Tin tức (‘Information’) between 1936 and 1939.
